For newsletter ad purposes only, a customer is defined by a unique e-mail address.
If you haven't signed up for Rainbow Family Farm,
placing your ad will automatically make you a current
subscriber, and you will begin receiving the newsletter
at your e-mail address with publication of its next
issue.
No photos please. If a photo is submitted as an e-mail attachment, it will not be posted on the Rainbow web site and will be immediately deleted.
Your Sale Barn ad will run automatically for one month.
If you wish to run your ad for more than a month, please
resubmit it after you see that it is no longer posted
at The Sale Barn. If you wish, you may place a new ad
at that time.
Once successfully submitted, your ad will appear on our web site. If selected, the ad will also appear in our e-mail newsletter.
Ad placement is available only to residents of Napa,
Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake Counties in California who
are currently registered to receive Rainbow's Family
Farm.
The only way potential buyers can contact you, is through the e-mail address you provide. No names or phone numbers will be included.
If your item sells before the end of its automatic month-long posting, you may submit a cancel request by sending an e-mail request to livestock@rainbowag.com. Rainbow Agricultural Services will make a good effort to process cancel requests in a timely manner but can not guarantee immediate removal.
Anyone submitting an ad is solely responsible for the accuracy of submitted information. Rainbow Agricultural Services has no liability for incorrect submissions.
In some cases, Rainbow Ag Services may contact those who submit ads to verify information, but in no case does such contact incur liability.
If, for any reason, Rainbow Agricultural Services deems an ad inappropriate for its customers, it reserves the right to refuse publication of the ad.
