Step 1:

Along the top of your Netscape browser, you'll find the words File, Edit, View, Go, Bookmarks, Options, etc. Click once on Options

Click once on the first choice under Options, which is General Preferences

Step 2:

A new window will appear with several tabs. Choose the first tab Appearances. In the middle section titled Startup, check the circle that says 'Browser Starts With: Home Page Location:' Immediately under that put the text below exactly as typed:

Step 3:

Click on O.K. That's it! The next time you load Netscape, or when you click on the 'Home' button from now on, you'll get back to the page that was created with you in mind!
